Shipping Policy

At Happy Dude Supplement Co., we’re committed to getting your supplements delivered quickly and safely. All orders are packed with care and shipped directly from our facility in Wisconsin.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses and U.S. territories where available.

Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time after fulfillment: 2–5 business days, depending on location and carrier.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, based on destination and package weight.

Please note: During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
We do not offer free shipping, except during limited-time special promotions or events.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
  • Tracking numbers may not show movement until the carrier scans the package into their system.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you need to correct your address, email us immediately at happydudesupplementco@gmail.com— we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.


Delivery Issues

If your order appears lost or delayed, please reach out to our support team.
We’ll help coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
