We’re Zac & Kenzie, the husband & wife duo behind Happy Dude Supplement Co.

We started Happy Dude to honor our close friend who tragically passed away by suicide in 2022. He was the kind of person who lit up every room- always smiling, always making others feel seen. That spirit is what inspired our name, and it's the heart behind everything we do.

Happy Dude is about more than just supplements- it's about building a community and breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health.

We set out to create clean, effective supplements that help you feel your best- whether you're crushing a workout, pushing through a tough day, or just trying to show up as your best self.

To further our mission, we donate a portion of sales to suicide prevention foundations.
