Return & Refund Policy

At Happy Dude Supplement Co., your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in offering high-quality supplements designed to help you perform, recover, and feel your best.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

Returns

Because our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

We do, however, accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The seal is intact and the product is in its original packaging
You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The item was purchased directly from our website

To initiate a return, please email us at happydudesupplementco@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The product name(s)
A brief description of the issue or reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Opened or used products
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale, promotional, or limited-edition items
Shipping costs

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue at happydudesupplementco@gmail.com

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at happydudesupplementco@gmail.com
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return following the guidelines above.

Special Event & Promotional Orders

Items purchased during sales or special promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of damage or error on our part.
